I've built my business with the fundamental principal of providing value to YOU, my clients and customers. You get to leverage 10 years of full time real estate brokering knowledge, investing and all of the industry relationships that I've nurtured for your benefit. Now in my tenth year of providing real estate services for Hoboken, Jersey City and Weehawken where I've been able to assist hundreds of families and investors successfully achieve their real estate goals.
I've had the pleasure of personally owning property at Maxwell Place, Harborside Lofts and I currently live at the Hudson Tea Building so I have an insider prospective on these properties. I've also owned and renovated a Victorian Brownstone home on Bloomfield St which I've since sold. I continue to invest in the Hoboken Metro Area.
Professionally, I'm a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), member of the inner circle of Unique Global Estates, worked with the Toll Brothers local advisory board, recipient of numerous NJ state and local awards and have been quoted in the Jersey Journal, Hoboken Reporter and NBC News and I'm a contributing author on "Real Estate in 2008- Attract Clients and Close Sales NOW!".
